
Screening Policy
For the safety and integrity of our work together, I require all new clients to complete a screening process before booking.
Please be prepared to provide the following:
• A clear photo of a valid, government-issued ID (I need to see your photo and name clearly—your address can be blocked out)
• Phone number
• Either:
– References from two providers you’ve seen before
or
– Links to active social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
All information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for screening purposes.
Deposit Policy
To reserve your session time, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your booking in my schedule and is applied toward the total cost of your session. This policy helps ensure mutual commitment and respect for both our time.
Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice—or do not show up for your session—the full amount will still be owed.
